About Rugby 360
Rugby 360 Performance is an online coaching platform built to give rugby players the kind of support usually found only inside professional set-ups. Every player gets strength and conditioning built around their position, a nutrition plan to match, sports psychology, clip analysis and regular feedback, all from one coach and one plan.
We exist for one reason: to give rugby players all over the world the best possible support to reach their potential. Whether you play for a school, an academy or a club, where you live shouldn’t decide the quality of coaching you get.
Built by a player, for players.
Aaron Purewal spent eight years inside the professional game, coming through Scotland’s age-grade system and going on to play sevens for Scotland, Great Britain and Bordeaux. In each of those high-performance environments he saw what separates good players from great ones: strength and conditioning, nutrition, recovery and mindset all working from the same plan, with coaches who know you and hold you to a standard.
Rugby 360 Performance takes the best of each of those set-ups and puts it into one programme. The aim is simple: to give players who want to reach the highest level of their game the same structure, accountability and expert support that professionals rely on every day.

How we coach
Built for your position
A prop, a scrum-half and a full-back need different things. Your strength work, conditioning and nutrition all start from where you play.
The whole player
Strength and conditioning, nutrition and sports psychology, worked together. Not a training plan bolted onto a diet sheet.
Coached, not handed a PDF
Weekly check-ins and written feedback, and with Advanced, calls going through your own game footage. That is the difference between following a plan and being coached.
Parents in the loop
Parents get their own written update in plain English: how training is going, wellbeing, and how they can help at home.
